Silent Bidding

1. Department Head will submit list of items which are no longer needed for the operations of their units or department.

2. Top Management will decides what items to be included in the bidding.

3. Fixed Asset Associate validates remaining book value of the items and consolidates final list.

4. Engineering Support Group assure physical presence or inventory of the items and prepares them for viewing.

5. Purchasing will cascade thru Spark, Viber and Text Message to ensure that all employees will be informed of Schedules and Items for Bidding.

6. Any employee who are interested may join the bidding process in the System. Pictures, Based Price and other details will be provided.

7. Scheduled viewing for every item for sale is every Monday to Saturday 4:30pm to 11pm only, in coordination with Engineering Support Group.

8. The sold item will be awarded to the LAST highest bidder. Bid will start at based price.

9. Bidding Schedule is every Monday to Saturday 6am to 6pm only.

10. Winning Bidder will be posted the following week after validation

11. Unsold items of previous batch will be added to the next batch.

12. All Items will be opened for selling to outsiders after RDF employees are done with the bidding. Mode of payment for non RDF employees will be Cash Payment Only.

13. If the Last Highest Bidder fails to comply with all the policies stated, He/She will be disqualified and the item will be granted to the next highest bidder.

14. Purchasing will provide documentations for transfer of ownership. These are: Bidding Form (generated from the system), Booking Slip for cash Payment, ATOE Form and Gate Pass.
